Shipping and Delivery

Topfire Fireplace & BBQ maintains a large inventory of fireplaces, grills and accessories in order to reduce shipping times.

Orders consisting of in-stock items range from 3-12 business days to reach a customer. Customers will be contacted if a purchased item is not in-stock or if there is reason to believe the item cannot be delivered within the above specified time frame based on ordering from the manufacturer. Installations will be arranged based on availability of products and scheduling.

Larger and heavier items are shipped by our own delivery trucks within the following radius of our Ajax store:

  • North – Ashburn
  • East – Courtice
  • South – Lake Ontario
  • West – Scarborough

Larger and heavier items are shipped by our own delivery trucks within the following radius of our Aurora store:

  • North – Keswick
  • East – Uxbridge
  • South – Thornhill
  • West – Schomberg

Rates:

Store pickup and no assembly – Free
Store pickup and assembly – $50
Local zone delivery and no assembly – $50
Local zone delivery and assembly – $100

**Note – all above orders with smaller and lighter grill accessories will be delivered at the same time.

For small and lighter purchases only (accessories), Topfire Fireplace & BBQ ships via Purolator to Ontario only. Delivery rates are noted on your shopping cart and checkout page based on your city and postal code.

If you choose parcel shipping, Purolator will provide order tracking services. When your order has shipped, you will receive and email shipping confirmation containing a tracking number. You can check the status of your shipment by clicking on the link provided and entering your tracking number.
